Brighton 0 – Norwich 0: Victory and goals elusive for both sides

Saturday’s fixture between Brighton and Norwich delivered a goalless draw at the Amex Stadium. With each team arriving on the back of a league defeat, they were both keen to pick up points. Brighton were looking to get back their winning ways, following a previous defeat to Tottenham Hotspur. Norwich were beaten 3-1 in the previous match against Chelsea. As the table looks today, Brighton and Norwich currently occupy 13th and 20th spots in the league, with 34 points and 18 points respectively after 31 matches.
Both coaches used all substitutions. For Brighton, Enock Mwepu, Jakub Moder and Jeremy Sarmiento, came on for Neal Maupay, Solly March and Jakub Moder, Norwich brought on Jon Rowe, Christos Tzolis and Kieran Dowell to replace Pierre Lees-Melou, Milot Rashica and Kenny McLean.
There were bookings for Tariq Lamptey from Brighton, and Kenny McLean, for Norwich.
Brighton will next travel to Arsenal, while Norwich will face Burnley at home.
