Bournemouth 3-0 Everton: The Toffees blown away at the Vitality Stadium

Bournemouth on a 3-0 win against Everton on Saturday at the Vitality Stadium. Both sides came from defeats in their previous league games. Bournemouth were hoping to get something from this game after losing their last match 4-3 to Leeds United while Everton lost 2-0 in their against Leicester City. Bournemouth and Everton are 13th, (16 points) and 17th, (14 points), in the table respectively, after 16 matches.

It was an impressive opening from Bournemouth, when Marcus Tavernier opened the rout, 18 minutes in. However they weren’t finished yet and Kieffer Moore made it 2-0, at 25 minutes, which saw the first half end 2-0.

The Cherries once more applied the pressure in the second period and were rewarded, when Jaidon Anthony found the net, 69 minutes in, which sealed the victory for Bournemouth.

Substitutions for Bournemouth included Jaidon Anthony, Ryan Christie and Ben Pearson for Kieffer Moore, Marcus Tavernier and Philip Billing, respectively. Everton replaced Seamus Coleman, Thomas Cannon, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Anthony Gordon with Vitaliy Mykolenko, Neal Maupay, Amadou Mvom Onana and Dwight McNeil.

The referee booked Marcos Senesi and Lewis Cook for Bournemouth.

Bournemouth will next travel to Chelsea, while Everton will face Wolverhampton Wanderers at home.
