Seattle 1-1 Los Angeles: Sounders pegged back by LA at CenturyLink Field

On Saturday, Seattle and Los Angeles were held to a 1-1 draw at CenturyLink Field. As the table looks today, Seattle and Los Angeles currently occupy 7th and 1st spots in the table, with 20 points and 30 points respectively after 21 matches.

After an uneventful first half, The Sounders fought back the second half, when Rusnák gave Seattle the lead, at 58 minutes. In the end though, their lead was short lived, as Arango equalised for Los Angeles in the 79th minute. The match ended wih a 1-1 draw.

Substitutions for Seattle included Bruin, Rowe, Medranda and Leo Chú for Montero, Arreaga, Vargas and Morris, repectively. Los Angeles replaced Vela, Escobar, Kellyn Acosta, Trejo Del Rio and Ginella with Opoku, Hollingshead, Blessing, Danny Musovski and Cifuentes.

There were bookings for Lodeiro from Seattle, and Cifuentes, for Los Angeles.
