Seattle 1-0 Dallas: Lodeiro secures maximum points for The Sounders

Seattle Sounders’ 1-0 win over FC Dallas on Wednesday, was hard fought at CenturyLink Field. As the table looks today, Seattle and Dallas currently occupy 6th and 3rd spots in the league, with 32 points and 35 points respectively after 32 matches.

The Sounders started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, when Lodeiro found the net, 39 minutes in to take them into the break 1-0 up. Both teams unable to deliver anything further, the score remained at 1-0 at full time.

Substitutions for Seattle included Ruidíaz, Rowe and Ragen for Montero, Leo Chú and Morris, repectively. Dallas replaced Jesús Ferreira, Arriola, Pomykal, Ntsabeleng and Beni Redzic with Quiñónez, Obrián, Servania, Cerrillo and Velasco.

There were bookings for Gómez from Seattle, and Paes, for Dallas.
