Red Bulls 2-1 Atlanta: Metro celebrate 3 points with a late winner

After a goalless first half, Atlanta took the initiative in the second half, when Josef Martínez found the net at the 75 minute mark. However, their lead was short-lived, as an equalizer from Lewis Morgan at the 83 minute mark, brought Red Bulls level. However they weren’t finished yet and Serge Ngoma made it 2-1 just before the final whistle to make it 2-1.

Substitutions for Red Bulls included Luquinhas, Tom Barlow, Serge Ngoma and Steven Sserwadda for Cameron Harper, Patryk Klimala, Omir Fernandez and Tom Edwards, repectively. Atlanta brought on Josef Martínez, Emerson Hyndman and Marcelino Moreno, to replace Ronaldo Cisneros, Amar Sejdic and Franco Ibarra.

There were bookings for Cristhian Casseres Jr., Aaron Long and Tom Edwards from Red Bulls, and Amar Sejdic, Franco Ibarra and Rocco Rios Novo, for Atlanta.
