Nashville 1-2 Houston: Orange Crush win at Nissan Stadium

Nashville on home loss to Houston Dynamo at Nissan Stadium on Monday. Nashville are currently 5th with 47 points from 47 matches, while Houston sit in 13th, with 36 points from 47.

Houston started the first half well, when Sebastián Ferreira gave them the lead on the 29 minute mark. However they weren’t finished yet and Sebastián Ferreira made it 2-0, 39 minutes in, concluding the first half 2-0.

Nashville took the lead in the second half, thanks to a goal from Zimmerman just before the full time, sealing a 2-1 victory for the away side.

Substitutions for Nashville included Bunbury, Haakenson, Washington and Aké Loba for Sapong, Mccarty, Romney and Shaffelburg, respectively. Houston replaced Herrera, Quiñones, Junqua, Cerén and Úlfarsson with Quintero, Baird, Sebastián Ferreira, Carrasquilla and Picault.

The referee booked Bunbury from Nashville. Houston had the worst of it though, with Hadebe and Parker seeing yellow, and Hadebe (2 yellow cards) then sent off with a red.

Nashville will next play Los Angeles FC away, with Houston facing LA Galaxy at home.
