Chicago 1-1 New England: Monis rescues the Fire with late equaliser
On Sunday, Chicago and Revs played out a 1-1 draw at SeatGeek Stadium. Chicago are currently 12th with 39 points from 47 matches, while Revs sit in 10th, with 42 points from 47.
After a goalless first half, Revs took the initiative in the second half, thanks to a goal from Borrero, at 88 minutes. In the end though, their lead was short-lived, as Alex Monis equalised for Chicago just before the full time, seing the match finish 1-1.
Substitutions for Chicago included Ivanov, Espinoza, Oregel, Przybyłko and Alex Monis for Gutierrez, Sekulić, Pineda, Durán and Mueller, respectively. Revs brought on Borrero, Damian Rivera, Makoun and González, to replace Vrioni, Nacho Gil, Kaptoum and Bou.
