Charlotte 2-2 Columbus: The Minted locked into a draw at home to The Crew

Columbus started the first half well, with a goal from Zelarayán, 36 minutes in, saw out the first half 1-0.
The Crew fought back, when Díaz found the net, at 54 minutes. However, Charlotte refused to lie down and managed to pull back a goal from Ríos in the 59th minute. They then scored again, pulling level thanks to a goal from Shinyashiki just before the final whistle to make it 2-2.
Substitutions for Charlotte included Sobocinski, Jones, Ríos, Lindsey, Jóźwiak and Shinyashiki for Corujo, Mcneill, Bender, Mora, Reyna and Gaines, respectively. Columbus brought on Degenek and Sands, to replace Mensah and Díaz.
There were bookings for Mora from Charlotte. For Columbus, Díaz, Cucho, Room and Etienne saw yellow.
