Hull City 2 – Cardiff 1: The Bluebirds unable to avoid defeat at Mkm Stadium

Hull City eased past Cardiff City in a 2-1 victory on Friday at Mkm Stadium. Both teams arrived in good form, having secured victories in their previous matches. Hull City were looking to pick up points after winning last match. Cardiff were looking to extend their winning run after a 2-1 victory against Reading. As the table looks today, Hull City and Cardiff currently occupy 19th and 17th spots in the table, with 47 points and 49 points respectively after 42 matches.
Hull City started the game well, thanks to a goal from Allahyar Sayyad, 8 minutes in. Hull City then scored again and increased their advantage thanks to a goal from Lewie Coyle in the 11th minute. The score at half time was 2-0.
Cardiff took the lead in the second half, with Aden Flint finding the net, 81 minutes in. The game ended with a 2-1 victory for Hull City.
