Bolton 2-0 Lincoln City: The Trotters get the job done at home
Bolton Wanderers eased past Lincoln City in a 2-0 victory on Saturday at University of Bolton Stadium. Both sides arrived on the back of wins. Bolton Wanderers were looking to pick up points after winning their previous two games against Peterborough United at home and Milton Keynes Dons away, by 1-0 and 2-0 respectively while Lincoln City were coming from consecutive wins against Bristol Rovers and Derby County. Bolton Wanderers once more applied the pressure in the second period and were rewarded, thanks to a goal from Jon Bodvarsson, 84 minutes in, leaving the final score at 2-0.
