Derby County enjoyed a mesmerising away victory against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road on Saturday. Blackpool were looking for a victory after a 1-1 draw against Luton Town. Derby were beaten 3-1 in the previous match against Bristol City. As the table looks today, Blackpool are in 16th place, with 60 points from 45 matches, while Derby sit in 22nd, with 34 points from 45.

After a goalless first half, The Rams continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to a goal from Malcolm Ebiowei at the 73 minute mark. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Eiran Joe Cashin in the 82nd minute with a final score of 2-0.

Both managers used the full entitlement. For Blackpool, Luke Garbutt, Olivier Casey and Jerry Yates, came on for James Husband, Jordan Thorniley and Charlie Kirk, Derby brought on Louie Sibley, Liam Francis Thompson and Osazee Aghatise, to replace Luke Plange, Louie Watson and Malcolm Ebiowei.

There were bookings for Callum Connolly from Blackpool, and Curtis Davies and Festy Ebosele, for Derby.

Blackpool will next travel to Peterborough United, while Derby will face Cardiff City at home.
