Sturm Graz 1 – Midtjylland 0: Visitors unable to get win at Merkur Arena

SK Sturm Graz started on the right in the new Europa League Group Stage season with victory against FC Midtjylland. Today’s result, Sturm Graz are now in 2nd place, with 3 points from 1 match, while Midtjylland sit in 3rd, with 0 points from 1.

Sturm Graz started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, when Emanuel Emegha found the net, at 8 minutes, and they saw out the first half 1-0. The second half ended with little further action at either end and goalless.

Substitutions for Sturm Graz included Mohammed Fuseini, Albian Ajeti, Dominik Oroz and Ivan Ljubic for William Boving Vick, Emanuel Emegha, Jon Gorenc-Stankovic and Tomi Horvat, respectively.
