QPR 1 – Derby 0: Rangers take all 3 points at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium

Queens Park Rangers eased past Derby County in a 1-0 victory on Monday at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium. QPR were looking for a victory after a 2-2 draw against Huddersfield Town. Derby had been hopeful of extending their winning run, after a 2-1 victory against Fulham. At the moment, QPR and Derby are 10th, (63 points) and 23rd, (31 points), spots respectively, after 43 matches.
After an un-eventful first half, QPR applied pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to Luke Amos finding the net just before the final whistle, leaving the final score at 1-0.
QPR brought on Osman Kakay, Charlie Austin and Stefan Johansen for Moses Odubajo, George Thomas and Andre Dozzell. Derby brought on Ravel Morrison, Louie Sibley and Bartosz Marcin Cybulski, to replace Krystian Bielik, Jason Knight and Lee Buchanan.
The referee booked Andre Dozzell and Sam Field from QPR. Derby had the worst of it though, with Tom Lawrence seeing yellow, and Tom Lawrence (2 yellow cards) then sent off with a red.
QPR will next play Stoke City away, with Derby facing Bristol City at home.
