Luton 1-1 Rotherham: Hatters rescue a point with last minute equaliser

On Saturday, Luton and Rotherham played out a 1-1 draw at Kenilworth Road. Luton were looking to pick up points after winning last match. Rotherham were beaten 2-1 in their previous match against Norwich City. Luton are now in 10th place, with 30 points from 21 matches, while Rotherham sit in 16th, with 26 points from 21.

The first half of the match started well for Rotherham, with an early goal from Jamie Lindsay in the 1st minute, finishing the first half 1-0.

Luton took the lead in the second half, thanks to a goal from Luke Berry just before the full time, seing the match finish 1-1.

Substitutions for Luton included Luke Berry, Harry Cornick and Luke Freeman for Gabriel Osho, Elijah Adebayo and Allan Campbell, respectively. Rotherham brought on Brooke Norton-Cuffy, Tom Eaves, Conor Washington and Hakeem Odofin for Peter Kioso, Ben Wiles, Chiedozie Ogbene and Jamie Lindsay.

There were bookings for Alfie Doughty from Luton. For Rotherham, Wes Harding, Daniel Barlaser, Lee Peltier, Cohen Bramall, Tom Eaves and Conor Washington saw yellow.

Luton will next travel to Middlesbrough, while Rotherham will face Bristol City at home.
