Millwall 3-0 Watford: Hornets blown away at The Den
Millwall beat Watford with a 3-0 victory on Wednesday at the Den. Both sides arrived on the back of wins. Millwall were looking to pick up points after winning their previous two matches against Bristol City away and Middlesbrough at home, by 2-1 and 2-0 respectively. Watford, meanwhile, were able to continue their winning streak after a 2-1 win against Norwich City in their last match. Millwall started strongly in the first half, when Tom Bradshaw opened the rout, at 8 minutes. The momentum was again with The Lions, who then scored again courtesy of a effort from Tom Bradshaw in the 26th minute to establish a 2-0 result. However they weren’t finished yet and Tom Bradshaw made it 3-0, at 33 minutes, finishing the first half 3-0. Both teams struggled to produce anything meaningful in the second half, leaving the final score at 3-0.
