Luton 1 – Reading 0: The Hatters jubilant after home win against The Royals

Luton Town secures a 1-0 victory against Reading at Kenilworth Road on Saturday. Both teams came from defeats in their previous league games. Luton were looking forward to meeting again, following a previous defeat to Fulham. Reading, on the other hand, lost 1-0 in the last match they played against West Bromwich Albion. Following the final whistle at the end of the last game of the Championship season, Luton and Reading sit 6th (72 points) and 21st (41 points) in the league respectively, after a total of 46 matches.
Luton started the game well, with a goal from Harry Cornick just before half-time Both teams struggled to produce anything meaningful in the second half, leaving the final score at 1-0.
For Luton, Admiral Muskwe and Robert Snodgrass, came on for Harry Cornick and Allan Campbell. Reading brought on Rashawn Scott, Tom Dele-Bashiru and Kelvin Abrefa, to replace Yakou Meite, Junior Hoilett and Tom Holmes.
