Huddersfield 0-1 Preston: Visitors secure points at John Smith’s Stadium

Preston North End defeated Huddersfield Town 1-0 on Tuesday at John Smith’s Stadium. Both sides came from defeats in their previous league games. Huddersfield arrived at the match looking to pick up more points after losing 2-1 to Rotherham United in their previous fixture. North End were beaten 2-0 in their previous match against Stoke City.
