Burnley 1-1 Luton: The Hatters deny Burnley at Turf Moor

On Saturday, Burnley and Luton were held to a 1-1 draw at Turf Moor. Burnley were looking to continue their run after winning last match. Luton, on the other hand, are struggling for form following a draw in their last match. As the table looks today, Burnley are in 3rd place, with 4 points from 2 matches, while Luton sit in 15th, with 2 points from 2.

Luton dominated the first half, with an early goal from Dan Potts in the 5th minute. The score at half time was 1-0.

Burnley started strong in the second half and were able to dominate, with an early goal from Josh Brownhill in the 50th minute, leaving the final score at 1-1.

Burnley brought on Manuel Benson and Vitinho for Samuel Bastien and Dara Costelloe. Luton brought on Carlton Morris, Reece Burke, Cauley Woodrow and Matt Macey, to replace Harry Cornick, Luke Freeman, Allan Campbell and Gabriel Osho.

There were bookings for Ashley Barnes and Connor Roberts from Burnley, and Carlton Morris, for Luton.

Burnley will next travel to Watford, while Luton will face Preston North End at home.
