Bristol 0-0 Coventry: The Robins and The Sky Blues play out dour draw

Tuesday’s fixture between Bristol and Coventry delivered a goalless draw at the Ashton Gate. Bristol were hoping to get something from this game after losing their last match 2-1 to Queens Park Rangers. Coventry were able to continue their winning streak after a 1-0 win against Middlesbrough in their last match. Bristol and Coventry sit 11th, (15 points) and 24th, (7 points), in the table respectively, after 13 matches.

Substitutions for Bristol included Joe Williams and Tommy Conway for Kal Naismith and Antoine Semenyo, respectively. Coventry brought on Tyler Walker, to replace Matt Godden.

There were bookings for Robert Atkinson from Bristol. For Coventry, Ben Sheaf saw yellow.

Bristol will next play Birmingham City away, with Coventry facing Burnley at home.
