Blackpool 3-3 Bristol City: Bloomfield Road sees high-scoring draw
On Saturday, Blackpool and Bristol were held to a 3-3 draw at Bloomfield Road. Blackpool wanted to continue adding points after a 3-3 draw against Burnley. Blackpool started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, when Josh Bowler gave Blackpool the lead early in the first half. Blackpool fought back the second half, when Jerry Yates gave Blackpool the lead, 57 minutes in. However, their lead was short-lived, as an equalizer from Antoine Semenyo in the 63rd minute, brought Bristol level. The momentum was now with The Robins, who then scored again through a goal from Marvin Ekpiteta at the 70 minute mark to establish a 3-2. In the end though, their lead was short lived, as Theodor Corbeanu equalised for Blackpool just before the final whistle. The final result, Blackpool 3, Bristol 3.
