POR 0 – PIS 1: Travelling fans rewarded with victory

POR on home loss to Pisa on Saturday. POR were looking to get back their winning ways, following a previous defeat to Ternana Calcio. PIS were able to continue their winning streak after a 3-2 win against Crotone in their last match. As the table looks today, POR and PIS currently occupy 20th and 2nd spots in the league, with 12 points and 52 points respectively after 28 matches.
PIS started the game well, with Torregrossa giving PIS the lead, at 27 minutes, finishing the first half 0-1. With both teams struggling to produce anything meaningful in the second half though, the game ended 1-0.
For POR, Di Serio, Zammarini, Federico Secli, Pasa and Candellone, came on for Vokic, Deli, Butic, Lovisa and El Kaouakibi. PIS brought on De Vitis, Sibilli, Touré, Benali and Siega, to replace Gucher, Caracciolo, Torregrossa, Marin and Mastinu.
There were bookings for Emanuel Torrasi, Di Serio, Lovisa and Dalle Mura from POR. For PIS, Marin, Torregrossa and Mastinu saw yellow.
PIS and POR will next play at home to Cremonese and Como respectively.
