Genoa 1 – Como 1: Honours even and points shared at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris

Genoa were helde ach other to a 1-1 draw by Como on Sunday at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris. Genoa arrived at the match looking to pick up more points after losing 2-1 to Reggina in their last match while Como were looking to extend their winning run after a 1-0 victory against Venezia. Genoa are now in 3rd place on the table and have 23 points while Como sit in 18th with 13 points after 13 matches.

Genoa started the first half well, when Coda gave them the lead, 15 minutes in to see them go in at half time 1-0 up.

Como took the initiative in the second half, when Cerri found the net in the 67th minute. The match ended wih a 1-1 draw.

Substitutions for Genoa included Yeboah, Hefti, Yalcin, Puşcaş and Jagiello for Aramu, Badelj, Gudmundsson, Coda and Portanova, respectively. Como brought on Fàbregas, Mancuso, Jacopo Da Riva, Álex Blanco and Binks, to replace Arrigoni, Cutrone, Iovine, Parigini and Cagnano.

There were bookings for Coda, Sabelli and Strootman from Genoa. For Como, Fàbregas, Cerri, Parigini, Iovine and Vignali saw yellow.

Genoa will next travel to Perugia, while Como will face SSC Bari at home.
