Perugia 2 – Parma 1: The Crusaders unable to avoid defeat at Stadio Renato Curi

Perugia enjoyed a mesmerising home victory against Parma at Stadio Renato Curi on Monday. Perugia were looking to pick up points after winning last match. Parma lost 1-0 in the last match they played against Ascoli. As the table looks today, Perugia are in 9th place on the table and has 55 points while Parma sit in 13th with 45 points after 36 matches.
Perugia found the net first, thanks to an early penalty goal from Burrai in the 4th minute. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Olivieri in the 7th minute, which saw the first half end 2-0.
The Crusaders took the lead in the second half, with a goal from Vázquez at the 72 minute mark. The game ended with a 2-1 victory for Perugia.
