Parma 1 – REG 1: Victory elusive at the Stadio Ennio Tardini for both sides

On Saturday, Parma and REG were held to a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Ennio Tardini. Parma were looking for a victory after a 1-1 draw against AC Monza. REG were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Vicenza and Pisa. Following today’s result, Parma and REG currently occupy 13th and 11th spots in the league, with 34 points and 39 points respectively after 28 matches.

Parma started the game well, thanks to Brunetta finding the net at the 20 minute mark. They then managed to see out the first half 1-0.

REG took the initiative in the second half, with Lombardi finding the net at the 65 minute mark, leaving the final score at 1-1.

For Parma, Sohm, Correia and Benedyczak, came on for Bernabe, Rispoli and Brunetta. REG brought on Galabinov, Lombardi, Cortinovis and Bianchi, to replace Montalto, Giraudo, Hetemaj and Ménez.

There were bookings for Bernabe and Sohm from Parma. For REG, Hetemaj, Folorunsho, Amione, Ménez, Giraudo and Crisetig saw yellow.

REG and Parma will next play at home to Perugia and Cittadella respectively.
