Frosinone strolled past SSC Bari with a 1-0 win on Saturday at stadio Benito Stirpe. FRO were keen to hang onto their position at the top of the table and extend their winning run after winning their previous two matches in the league. The most recent was against the Venezia away (3-1), the other to SPAL at home (2-0).

After an uneventful first half, FRO piled on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, when Gennaro Borrelli gave them the lead just before the full time, leaving the final score at 1-0.

Substitutions for FRO included Frabotta, Insigne, Boloca, Mulattieri and Gennaro Borrelli for Cotali, Giuseppe Caso, Mazzitelli, Moro and Garritano, respectively.
