FRO 2 – Benevento 0: Home fans rewarded with victory at stadio Benito Stirpe
Benevento on away loss to FRO at stadio Benito Stirpe on Saturday. FRO were looking to get back their winning ways, following a previous defeat to Crotone. Benevento, on the other hand, are struggling for form following a draw in their last match. As things stand, both teams are on 51 points and sit in 6th and 7th places respectively after 31 matches.
FRO started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, thanks to a goal from Ricci at the 15 minute mark, which saw the first half end 1-0.
FRO continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Vogliacco finding the net at the 56 minute mark. They managed to see the game out with a clean sheet and a final score of 2-0.
