Xolos 0 – Juárez 2: Los Xolos suffer home loss to Los Bravos

Juárez enjoyed a mesmerising away victory against Xolos at Estadio Caliente on Saturday. With both teams drawing in their previous fixtures, they were keen to pick up points. Xolos were looking for a victory following a disappointing 1-1 draw with Pumas in their previous game whilst Juárez secured a point against Guadalajara in their previous match. After today’s result, Xolos are in 13th place in the table and have 1 point while Juárez sit in 2nd with 4 points after 2 matches.
Los Bravos started strong and were rewarded, when Gabriel Fernandez found the net just before halftime, ending the first half 1-0.
Juárez continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, when Gabriel Fernandez found the net again in the 71st minute, leaving the final score at 2-0.
Substitutions for Xolos included Alan Ruiz, Jonathan Suárez, Kevin Castaneda and Franco Di Santo for Rodrigo Parra, Joaquin Montecinos, Christian Rivera and Renato Ibarra, repectively.
