Necaxa 2 – Pachuca 0: Los Tuzos succumb to Los Rayos at Estadio Victoria

Necaxa beat Pachuca with a thumping 2-0 victory on Thursday at Estadio Victoria. Necaxa were looking to continue their run, following a 1-0 victory against Juárez. Pachuca had managed to pick up a single point in their matchup with Pumas. As the table looks today, Necaxa are in 4th place in the table and have 9 points while Pachuca sit in 6th with 8 points after 5 matches.

Necaxa dominated the first half, when Bryan Garnica found the net, at 35 minutes and the first half ended 1-0.

Los Rayos fought back, with an early goal from Milton Gimenez in the 49th minute. The match ended with a 2-0 home victory.

Substitutions for Necaxa included Heriberto Jurado, Fernando Madrigal, Fernando Meza, Vicente Poggi and Daniel Alexis Parra for Angelo Araos, Facundo Batista, Milton Gimenez, Dieter Villalpando and Bryan Garnica, repectively.
