Granada 0 – Cádiz 0: Both sides unable to find the net and the win

On Monday, Granada and Cádiz were held to a 0-0 draw at the Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes. Granada were looking forward to meeting again after losing their last game 4-1 to Villarreal whilst Cádiz are struggling for form following a draw in their last match. As the table looks today, Granada and Cádiz currently occupy 17th and 18th spots in the league, with 25 points and 21 points respectively after 26 matches.
For Granada, Darwin Machis, Njegos Petrovic, Quini, Jorge Molina and Ruben Rochina, came on for Myrto Uzuni, Ismael Ruiz Sánchez, Alex Collado, Luis Suarez and Antonio Puertas. Cádiz replaced Isaac Carcelén, Ivan Alejo, Alberto Perea, Ruben Sobrino and Alex with Fali, Carlos Akapo, Anthony Lozano, Fede San Emeterio and Lucas Perez.
The referee booked German Sanchez, Myrto Uzuni and Raul Torrente from Granada and Domingos Duarte went off with a red card, while Cádiz’s Santiago Arzamendia, Ruben Alcaraz and Fede San Emeterio also received a yellow.
Granada will next travel to Valencia, while Cádiz will face Rayo Vallecano at home.
