Club Brugge banked all three points against the Porto in a 4-0 victory on Tuesday, at the Estadio Do Dragao. Porto arrived at the match looking to pick up more points after losing 2-1 to Atletico Madrid in their last match while Brugge were coming off the back of a 1-0 win against Bayer Leverkusen. Porto and Brugge currently occupy 4th and 1st spots in the league, with 0 points and 6 points respectively after 2 matches.

Brugge dominated the first half, when Ferran Jutgla opened the rout in the 15th minute. They then scored again, pulling level thanks to a goal from Kamal Sowah just before half-time, which saw the first half end 2-0.

Brugge started the second half with an intensified spirit, with a goal from Andreas Olsen, 52 minutes in. They then scored again, pulling level thanks to a goal from Antonio Eromonsele Nordby Nusa just before the full time to make it 4-0.

Substitutions for Porto included Danny Namaso Loader, Toni Martinez, Goncalo Borges, Gabriel Veron and Wendell for Joao Mario, Evanilson, Otavio, Wenderson Galeno and Zaidu Sanusi, respectively. Brugge brought on Dedryck Boyata, Roman Yaremchuk, Antonio Eromonsele Nordby Nusa and Eduard Sobol, to replace Abakar Sylla, Andreas Olsen, Ferran Jutgla and Bjorn Meijer.

There were bookings for Joao Mario and David Carmo from Porto, and Raphael Onyedika, Denis Odoi, Casper Nielsen and Abakar Sylla, for Brugge.

Porto next face Bayer Leverkusen while Brugge are at home to Atletico Madrid.
