Borussia Dortmund strolled past Eintracht Frankfurt with a 2-1 win on Saturday at the Commerzbank Arena. Both Frankfurt and Dortmund arrived in good form, having secured victories in their previous matches. Dortmund started the second half with an intensified spirit, when Jude Bellingham gave them the lead, 52 minutes in, leaving the final score at 2-1.

Substitutions for Frankfurt included Djibril Sow, Lucas Alario and Rafael Borre for Sebastian Rode, Jesper Lindstrom and Daichi Kamada, respectively. Dortmund brought on Giovanni Reyna, Emre Can, Anthony Modeste and Marius Wolf for Donyell Malen, Julian Brandt, Youssoufa Moukoko and Karim Adeyemi.
