Aldosivi’s 2-0 win over Barracas C. on Tuesday, was hard fought at Estadio Jose Maria Minella. Aldosivi were looking forward to playing again after losing their last match 3-0 to CA Tigre. Barracas C. had secured a point against Gimnasia La Plata in their previous match. Aldosivi are now in 28th place on the table and have 16 points while Barracas C. sit in 18th with 28 points after 23 matches.

After an uneventful first half, whatever was said in the dressing room at half time, seemed to have a positive effect on Aldosivi who started the second half strongly, when Martin Cauteruccio found the net, at 54 minutes. They then scored again, pulling level thanks to a goal from Tomas Martinez just before the full time to make it 2-0.

Substitutions for Aldosivi included Tomas Martinez, Elias Britez, Juan Manuel Cuesta and Maciel for Matias Pisano, Leandro Maciel, Santiago Silva and Francisco Cerro, respectively. Barracas C. replaced Brian Calderara, Bruno Sepulveda and Juan Manuel Vazquez with Neri Bandiera, Pablo Mouche and Juan Ignacio Diaz.

The referee booked Leandro Maciel for Aldosivi.
