Troyes 1 – RCSA 1: All even at Stade de l’Aube against The Racers

Troyes were held to 1-1 draw by RCSA down on Sunday at Stade de l’Aube. Troyes were looking forward to meeting again after losing their last game 2-1 to AS Mónaco. RCSA had managed to pick up a single point in their encounter with Lyon. After today’s result, Troyes and RCSA currently occupy 15th and 5th spots in the league, with 33 points and 53 points respectively after 32 matches.

After a goalless first half, The Racers took the initiative in the second half, with a goal from Habib Diallo, 56 minutes in. In the end though, their lead was short lived, as Florian Tardieu equalised for Troyes just before the final whistle. The final result, Troyes 1, RCSA 1.

For Troyes, Mama Balde, Yasser Larouci, Yoann Touzghar, Tristan Dingome and Dylan Chambost, came on for Romenique Kouame, Abdu Conte, Ike Ugbo, Giulian Biancone and Renaud Ripart. RCSA brought on Sanjin Prcic, Adrien Thomasson, Jeanricner Bellegarde, Ludovic Ajorque and Frederic Guilbert for Diarra Mouhamadou, Ibrahima Sissoko, Jean-Eudes Aholou, Habib Diallo and Anthony Caci.

There were bookings for Tristan Dingome from Troyes. For RCSA, Alexander Djiku and Diarra Mouhamadou saw yellow.

RCSA and Troyes will next play at home to Rennes and Clermont Foot respectively.
