On Sunday, Troyes and Ajaccio played out a 1-1 draw at Stade de l’Aube. Troyes were hoping to get something from this game after losing 3-2 to Nice in their last match. Ajaccio were able to continue their winning streak after a 2-1 win against Olympique de Marseille in their last match. Troyes and Ajaccio currently occupy 12th and 18th spots in the league, with 12 points and 8 points respectively after 11 matches.

After a goalless first half, Troyes fought back the second half, when Jackson Porozo gave them the lead, 76 minutes in. In the end though, their celebrations were kept brief, as Mounaim El Idrissy equalised for Ajaccio just before the final whistle, leaving the final score at 1-1.

Substitutions for Troyes included Erik Palmer-Brown, Wilson Odobert, Andreas Bruus, Pape Ndiaga Yade and Tristan Dingome for Yasser Larouci, Renaud Ripart, Thierno Balde, Abdu Conte and Mama Balde, respectively. Ajaccio brought on Mickael Barreto, Mickael Alphonse, Youcef Belaili, Thomas Mangani and Yanis Cimignani, to replace Kevin Spadanuda, Youssouf Kone, Bevic Moussiti-Oko, Mathieu Coutadeur and Riad Nouri.
