Clermont Foot eased past Auxerre in a 2-1 victory on Sunday at Stade Gabriel Montpied. Clermont were looking to pick up points, following a 3-1 victory against AC Ajaccio. In the end though, Auxerre hit back though just before the final whistle, with a goal from Jubal, leaving the final score at 2-1.

Substitutions for Clermont included Brandon Baiye, Muhammed-Cham Saracevic, Komnen Andric, Florent Ogier and for Maxime Gonalons, Grejohn Kyei, Elbasan Rashani, Alidu Seidu and, respectively.
