Spezia 1 – Udinese 1: Victory elusive at the Stadio Alberto Picco for both sides

Spezia were helde ach other to a 1-1 draw by Udinese on Tuesday at the Stadio Alberto Picco. Spezia were looking to get back to winning ways after losing 2-1 to AC Milan in their previous fixture. Udinese, meanwhile, were struggling for form following a draw in their last match. Spezia are currently 17th with 9 points from 14 matches, while Udinese sit in 8th, with 23 points from 14.

It was an impressive opening from Spezia, when Arkadiusz Reca gave them the lead in the 33rd minute. However, their celebrations were kept brief, as Sandi Lovric equalised for Udinese just before half-time to see out the first half 1-1. Both teams struggled to produce anything meaningful in the second half, leaving the final score at 1-1.

Substitutions for Spezia included Kelvin Amian, Mattia Caldara, Simone Bastoni, Daniel Maldini and Mikael Ellertsson for Mehdi Bourabia, Jakub Kiwior, Albin Ekdal, Daniele Verde and Arkadiusz Reca, respectively.
