Roma 1 – Atalanta 0: Points secure for Giallorossi at the Stadio Olympico

Roma beat Atalanta with a thumping 1-0 victory on Saturday at the Stadio Olympico. Both Roma and Atalanta arrived fresh from some positive results. Roma were looking to continue their run, following a 1-0 victory against Spezia Calcio. Atalanta, on the other hand, were able to continue their winning streak after a 4-0 win against Sampdoria in their last match. As the table looks today, both teams are on 47 points and sit in 5th and 6th places after 28 matches.

Roma started the first half well, with Tammy Abraham finding the net in the 32nd minute. The score at half time was 1-0. Both teams struggled to produce anything meaningful in the second half, leaving the final score at 1-0.
