On Sunday, Troyes suffered an away defeat to Brest at the Stade Francis-Le Blé. Brest were looking to get back to winning ways after losing 1-0 to Nice in their previous fixture. However, they were unable to maintain their lead, Brendan Chardonnet managing to equalize on the 60 minute mark 1-1. In the end though, Brest took the victory via a Steve Mounie goal, at 77 minutes. The final result, Brest 2, Troyes 1.

Substitutions for Brest included Steve Mounie, Christophe Herelle, Haris Belkebla, Jeremy Le Douaron and Karamoko Dembele for Mathias Pereira Lage, Noah Fadiga, Mahdi Camara, Islam Slimani and Romain Del Castillo, respectively.
