Partnerships with Air Jordan have elevated Paris Saint-Germain’s merchandise beyond the usual realm football exists in, from the latest PSG kits to cuddly toys in the club megastore.

PSG’s attempt to market itself as a glamour club off the pitch has been a success with PSG shirts and PSG training tops often worn as casualwear. The brand of Paris Saint Germain has encroached on the world of fashion.

Perhaps that’s fitting for a club in the French capital. Perhaps it’s just part of the allure of a club synonymous with success, a club that can even attract Lionel Messi away from Barcelona and Sergio Ramos and wife Pilar Rubio away from Real Madrid.

The market for PSG kits is not limited to lifelong fans of the club. They are a global brand in one of the world’s most marketable cities. Pair that with Nike and Jordan, and you’ve got a juggernaut on your hands.

Each new kit is met with reviews on Twitter and YouTube, analysis of the price points, the design and the colours used. PSG is no different, though they are accompanied by a particular fanfare, a demand that leads to shops selling out.

PSG Third Kit

The PSG third kit in 2021-22 is predominantly black. There is a dark grey band across the chest, bordered by two more grey lines. The front sponsor slots into this patch, with a pink PSG logo above the band in the middle of the chest.

Where Nike logos are often seen on the left or right of the chest, the Swoosh is pushed to the sleeves for the 2021-22 PSG third kit.

PSG Kits - Third Kit

The standard PSG third kit 2021-22 stadium edition costs just under £85 at the PSG online store. This jumps to almost £105 for the Vapor Match shirt.

While not as aesthetically pleasing as some recent PSG kits, this is still likely to be a popular purchase for PSG fans and football shirt collectors alike.

Introducing a third kit can sometimes be controversial, so it doesn’t take a wild imagination to picture the uproar whenever we see a PSG 4th kit. A tie dye-style purple and pink offering was ‘leaked’ as a PSG 4th kit for 2021-22 in November 2021.

There are no official versions of this kit available at Nike or PSG. It has, however, made it into the Etsy and eBay market with plenty of sellers offering this kit for supposedly cut prices (most are less than half the price of other PSG shirts at official outlets).

If there’s any official announcement about a PSG 4th kit, it’ll be hard to miss the news and the shirt will be available in all the usual places.

Home & Away PSG Kits

Away from brand partnerships, concept kits and special editions, it’s easy to overlook the normal PSG shirt offerings.

The standard navy blue home kit might not be anything outlandish in 2021-22, but it’s a well-designed shirt with the red and white trim.

The 2021-22 PSG away kit is a stunner. A white base features black at the end of the sleeves with a narrow black line bisecting vertically down the torso.

Subtle pink patches either side of the black stripe give this shirt a fresh look, adding to the recent catalogue of eye-catching PSG change strips.

Pretty much every PSG shirt has been met with positive responses in the last few seasons. The kits for 2021-22 are no different, and the club experienced a massive surge in sales with the deal to sign Lionel Messi.

PSG Training Top

Just as we have a PSG third kit and a PSG 4th kit, introducing new designs for Lionel Messi and co to wear, PSG training tops are every bit as varied.

Often in navy, black or white, the options when looking for PSG training kit are plentiful. If it’s to wear casually or as a lightweight top for your own exercise regime, a PSG training top can meet a number of needs.

There are ‘Strike Drill’ long-sleeve tops, a skin-tight jersey perfect for a morning run on a chilly December morning. Then we’ve got baggier training tops, closer to the standard look you might associate with lightweight exercise attire.

Other garments falling into the category of a PSG training top resemble more of a normal t-shirt. It’s a matter of taste really, but whatever PSG training top you’re looking for, you’re bound to be able to find it.

PSG Coat

When it comes to buying a PSG coat, fans of the Parisian superclub are spoilt for choice. The Nike store is usually a good port of call when looking for PSG merchandise, and that’s no different with a PSG coat.

The PSG online shop is a good option too, while outlets like Kitbag and Pro Direct (both basketball and soccer sites) will often have PSG coats available.

The range to choose from is remarkable. There are fleeces, thin, hooded waterproof coats and parkas. Standard sports jackets are available in lightweight material to be worn as an extra layer or to warm up in before five-a-side.

Thicker, warm coats are bound to popular in the depths of winter. The partnership with Air Jordan carries over into the PSG coat market, with various coats available featuring the iconic Jumpman logo.

Potential buyers can spend hours evaluating all the PSG coat varieties. Mix up the colour and design to find something away from the usual look of a football coat if you please.

Keep an eye on the price, though. Many of these coats are pretty pricey with some breaking into three figures. Any discount codes or offers can make a lot more comfortable on your bank account.
