Juventus’ 2-0 win over Internazionale on Sunday, was hard fought at the Allianz Stadium. Both Juve and Inter arrived on the back of wins. Juve were looking to continue their good run after winning their previous two matches against Lecce away and Empoli at home, by 1-0 and 4-0 respectively. Inter were coming from consecutive wins against Sampdoria and Fiorentina. Juve are now in 5th place, with 25 points from 13 matches, while Inter sit in 7th, with 24 points from 13.

After an uneventful first half, Juve were out of the blocks quickly in the second half, when Adrien Rabiot found the net, 52 minutes in. However they weren’t finished yet and Nicolo Fagioli made it 2-0 on the 84 minute mark to give a final score of 2-0.

Substitutions for Juve included Federico Chiesa and Angel Di Maria for Arkadiusz Milik and Fabio Miretti, respectively. Inter replaced Robin Gosens, Joaquin Correa, Marcelo Brozovic, Matteo Darmian and Raoul Bellanova with Federico Dimarco, Hakan Calhanoglu, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Milan Skriniar and Denzel Dumfries.
