Chelsea 1-1 Leicester: The Blues fight back to earn a point at the Bridge against Leicester
Chelsea were held to 1-1 draw by Leicester down on Thursday at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea wanted to continue adding points following a disappointing 1-1 draw with Manchester United in their previous game while Leicester were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Watford and Norwich City. However, their celebrations were kept brief, as Marcos Alonso equalised for Chelsea in the 34th minute, to take a 1-1 lead into half time. Both teams unable to deliver anything further, the score remained at 1-1 at full time.
