Revs 1-1 Union: Visitors fight back to claim a point at the Gillette Stadium

On Sunday, Revs and Union were held to a 1-1 draw at Gillette Stadium. Revs were looking to pick up points after winning last match. Union had managed to pick up a single point in their encounter with Inter Miami. As it stands, Revs are currently 9th with 16 points from 19 matches, while Union sit in 1st, with 25 points from 19.

After a goalless first half, Revs took the initiative in the second half, with Bou giving Revs the lead, 74 minutes in. In the end though, their lead was short lived, as Uhre equalised for Union, 77 minutes in and seeing the game end 1-1.

Both teams used all available substitutes. For Revs, Borrero, Altidore and Polster, came on for Traustason, Kaptoum and Mcnamara, Union brought on Burke, Jack Mcglynn and Uhre, to replace Santos, Aaronson and Leon Flach.

There were bookings for Bou from Revs. For Union, Burke, Jack Mcglynn and José Martinez saw yellow.
