Rotherham 4-0 Reading: The Millers storm to big home win over the Royals

Rotherham suffered an away loss to Rotherham United on Saturday at the AESSEAL New York Stadium. Rotherham were looking for a victory following a 1-1 draw with Swansea City in their previous game. Reading had been hopeful of extending their winning run, after a 2-1 victory against Cardiff City. After today’s result, Rotherham are in 8th place in the table and have 4 points while Reading sit in 17th with 3 points after 3 matches.

Rotherham started the match well, when Richard Wood opened the rout early in the first half. The Millers looked to have the match under control when they scored again and increased their lead, thanks to a goal from Conor Washington at the 15 minute mark to establish a 2-0.
