Bristol City 1-1 Swansea: Home advantage cancelled out by visitors

Bristol were held each other to a 1-1 draw by Swansea on Saturday at the Ashton Gate. Bristol were looking forward to playing again after losing 2-0 to Reading in their previous fixture whilst Swansea were coming from consecutive wins against Cardiff City and Reading. Bristol are now in 13th place on the table and have 22 points while Swansea sit in 4th with 28 points after 18 matches.

The first half of the match started well for Bristol, thanks to a goal from Tommy Conway, at 24 minutes and the first half ended 1-0.

Swansea took the lead in the second half, when Olivier Ntcham found the net after 76 minutes, to level the score at 1-1.

Substitutions for Bristol included Chris Martin, Sam Bell, Joe Williams and Andy King for Antoine Semenyo, Nahki Wells, Alex Scott and Tommy Conway, respectively. Swansea brought on Ryan Manning, Olivier Ntcham, Jamie Paterson, Armstrong Oko-Flex and Kyle Naughton, to replace Nathan Wood-Gordon, Oliver Cooper, Jay Fulton, Matthew Sorinola and Ben Cabango.

The referee booked Cameron Pring for Bristol.

Bristol will play at home against Sheffield United, while Swansea will face Preston North End away.
