Huracán were held to 0-0 draw by Godoy Cruz down on Thursday at Estadio Tomas Adolfo Duco. Huracán wanted to improve their league standing following a disappointing 0-0 draw with Unión Santa Fe in their previous game whilst Godoy Cruz were coming from consecutive wins against Lanús and River. As the table looks today, Huracán and Godoy Cruz sit 6th, (16 points) and 4th, (17 points), in the league respectively, after 9 matches.

Substitutions for Huracán included Gabriel Gudino, Patricio Pizarro, Nicolas Cordero and Agustin Curruhinca for Juan Carlos Gauto, Ismael Quilez, Santiago Hezze and Benjamin Garre, repectively. Godoy Cruz brought on Valentin Burgoa, Matias Ramirez, Tomas Badaloni, Guillermo Ortiz and Juan Andrada, to replace Tadeo Allende, Martin Ojeda, Salomon Rodriguez, Ezequiel Bullaude and Nelson Acevedo.

The referee booked Juan Carlos Gauto, Fernando Tobio and Ismael Quilez from Huracán. Godoy Cruz had the worst of it though, with Gianluca Ferrari, Diego Rodriguez, Nelson Acevedo and Tomas Badaloni seeing yellow, and Gianluca Ferrari (2 yellow cards) then sent off with a red.

Next up, Huracán are away to Vélez Sarsfield, whilst Godoy Cruz will travel to face Unión Santa Fe.
