Arsenal de Sarandi 2 – Central Córdoba 0: Visitors unable to get win at Estadio Julio Humberto Grondona

Arsenal de Sarandi banked all three points against the Central Córdoba in a 2-0 victory on Saturday, at Estadio Julio Humberto Grondona. Both Arsenal de Sarandi and Central Córdoba arrived at the match with previous defeats in the league. Arsenal de Sarandi were looking to get back to winning ways after losing 1-0 to Unión Santa Fe in their last match, while Central Córdoba lost 3-0 in their against Newell’s Old Boys. Arsenal de Sarandi and Central Córdoba currently occupy 25th and 16th spots in the table, with 27 points and 31 points respectively after 25 matches.

Arsenal de Sarandi started strongly in the first half, when Facundo Kruspzky found the net in the 15th minute, and they saw out the first half 1-0.

Arsenal de Sarandi staged a comeback in the second half, with a goal from Sebastian Lomonaco, 51 minutes in so at full time it was 2-0 to Arsenal de Sarandi.
