Atlético Tucumán strolled past Aldosivi with a 1-0 win on Saturday at Estadio Jose Maria Minella. Aldosivi were looking forward to meeting again after losing their last match 3-2 to Defensa and Justicia. Atlético Tucumán were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Gimnasia La Plata and Vélez Sarsfield. As the table looks today, Aldosivi are in 28th place in the table and have 4 points while Atlético Tucumán sit in 1st with 16 points after 8 matches.

Atlético Tucumán started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, when Ramiro Ruiz Rodriguez found the net at the 14 minute mark, to take a 1-0 lead into half time. Both teams struggled to produce anything meaningful in the second half, leaving the final score at 1-0.

Substitutions for Aldosivi included Santiago Laquidain, Tomas Martinez, Matias Pisano and Ian Escobar for Braian Martinez, Francisco Cerro, Marcelo Meli and Federico Milo, repectively. Atlético Tucumán brought on Cristian Menendez, Ignacio Maestro Puch and Andres Balanta for Augusto Lotti, Ramiro Ruiz Rodriguez and Ciro Rius.

The referee booked two players from Atlético Tucumán, Guillermo Acosta and Ramiro Ruiz Rodriguez.

Aldosivi will next play Colón away, with Atlético Tucumán facing CA Sarmiento at home.
